I don't resell a ready-made platform. Each system is built for one process in your company, on your own tickets, deals and reports, and tuned to your team's rules and exceptions.
The agency does the work of your own developers. I find the process that pays off first, build the system and measure the result. Then I keep changing it month by month: a new rule, a new channel, a case the system got wrong. Everything built stays with you.

How a project runs

30 minutes on the process that eats your team's week. If it has no data, no owner or no budget for a system, I say so on the call and the project stops there

One to two weeks. I count three or four processes in hours and money and pick the one where a system pays off first
- 03Build
I build the system on your past tickets and deals and ship it when it handles that history as well as a person does
- 04Running
I measure the hours before and after, and the process gets an owner in your team. Then come monthly changes or the next process. You can pause at the end of any month
