I build AI systems to grow revenue

AI automation agency for tech and service companies with a team. Workflows with AI agents for sales, support, product and operations.

What stage are you at?

  • You have seen where AI could help, and have not started
  • Everyone on the team has their own ChatGPT, and the business has no system
  • You want to grow, and the team's hours go to keeping things running

Worked at

AI that moves your company's numbers

I find the process where it pays off first, build the system, and stay until your team runs it on its own.

You have seen enough demos. Time to make it real.

AI agents for sales, support, product and operations

  • Sales & MarketingEvery lead answered, every call reviewedAgents answer inbound leads, draft the follow-ups and check every call against your playbook. A salesperson steps in once a prospect writes back.
  • SupportSupport where the agent answers firstAn agent answers from your knowledge base and past tickets. The rest goes to a person.
  • ProductFaster releases with agents and checksAgents write the spec, the code and the tests, then run the scenarios. Nothing ships until it passes your checks.
  • OperationsAgreements in the CRM, numbers in the reportAgents move what was agreed in calls and chats into the CRM and the tracker, and pull the week's numbers into one report. A person checks it before it goes out.

How I run AI automation

  1. 1

    A 30-minute call

We go through which processes eat your team's week. I check that the process has data, an owner and a budget for a system. If one of these is missing, I say so on the call, and we stop there.

  2. 2

    Audit, 1–2 weeks

It starts with interviews and access to your tickets, deals and reports. I count the hours and the money in three or four processes and pick the one where a system pays off first. You get a map of those processes with a decision on each, a plan for the first month and a demo on a sample of your data.

  3. 3

    Building

I build the system on your past tickets and deals, not on demo data. It ships when it handles that history as well as a person does. Your team sees every release and starts working with the system before the build is over.

  4. 4

    Running and changing

We write down the hours before and after, and the process gets an owner in your team. After that, the work is changes: a new rule, a new channel, a case the system got wrong, the next process from the map. Every change is tested on your history before it goes live. You can pause at the end of any month, and everything built stays with you.

  5. Start with a call

Thirty minutes on the process that eats your team's week. You leave knowing whether a system makes sense for that process and where the audit would start.

Without a system, you can

  • Keep doing it by hand

Sales finds contacts, support answers tickets, the report is built on Friday. The hours cost the same every month and grow with the team.

  • Keep paying for everyone's ChatGPT

Each person gets a little faster on their own, and the company's numbers stay where they are.

  • Wait for your engineers

The system reaches the top of the backlog only after the product work. A quarter passes, and the team is still doing it by hand.

Frequently asked questions

  1. How is this different from hiring an automation or GTM engineer?

An engineer builds what the ticket says. With me, the first one or two weeks go to the audit. It shows the process where an AI system pays off first. The number it has to move is written before the build, and the hours are measured after. You can pause at the end of any month.

  2. We have our own engineers. They can build it.

They can, when it reaches the top of the product backlog. I do not compete with them for the sprint. I build the system next to your team, your engineers review the releases and keep the code.

  3. Is it a ready-made tool or built for us?

Built for you. The AI agents run on your tickets, deals and knowledge base, and every release is tested on your history before it goes live. The components repeat from client to client: an assistant on a knowledge base, a chain of follow-ups, a loop of tests, a report. What they run on is yours.

  4. What if it does not pay off?

After the audit you can decide not to build, and the audit stays with you. After the build, the hours before and after show what moved. If the number did not move, you pause at the end of the month and keep everything built.

  5. What about our data and access?

Everything runs on your accounts, and you grant and revoke the access. A confidentiality agreement comes before the first interview, and a data processing agreement comes with the contract when you need one. Training on your data is switched off in every model account the system uses.

  6. You are one person. What if you disappear?

The code is yours from the first week. The system is handed over with documentation and an owner in your team. When there are more clients than one person can carry, I bring people in and stay responsible for the result.

  7. How much of the team's time does it take?

At the start, an interview with the owner of the process and access to tickets, deals and reports. After that, reviewing the releases. You talk to me, and I read the tickets myself, so nobody explains the context twice. I count those hours in the same measurement.

  8. Will the team feel it is being checked or replaced?

The system takes the work the team does by hand: the first answers, the follow-ups, the Friday report. The judgment calls stay with people, and a person checks what the system sends out. The team hears about it before the first interview, and the owner of the process in your team accepts each release.

  9. Do you work remotely, or can you come to our office?

I work remotely, in English and Russian. If the work needs me in your office, for the team interviews for example, I can come. We agree on the trip separately.

  10. What does an AI automation agency do?

It picks the process where a team loses the most hours, builds an AI system for it and keeps it running. Here that means a one to two week audit, then a monthly system, tested on your past tickets and deals and measured before and after.

  11. What can AI agents automate in a company?

Four kinds of work. In sales and marketing, the answers to inbound leads, the follow-ups and the call reviews. In support, the first answer from your knowledge base. In product, the spec, the code and the tests, checked by your gates. In operations, the agreements in the CRM and one report a week. See the four systems.

  12. How much does AI automation cost?

Two prices, both on this page. The audit takes one to two weeks, costs $2,500 and is credited toward the first month. A system costs $8,000 a month, one process at a time, measured before and after. You can pause at the end of any month.
